Northern Shaolin Kung-Fu

Improve your strength, flexibility, and power, while learning dynamic self defense techniques that will increase your physical and mental discipline.
KF1 – Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:30-8:30 p.m.
KF2 – Saturdays, 2-3 p.m.
KF3 – Monday-Thursday 3:30-4:30 p.m.

Little Warriors Kung-Fu (Saturday)

Children's Shaolin Kung-Fu program
LW1 – Saturdays, 4-6 years old, 10:15-11 a.m.
LW2 – Saturdays, 7-10 years old, 11-11:45 a.m.

Tai Chi (Classical Yang)

Get in shape the easy way--gentle movements for improved health, relaxation, and longevity
TC1 – Mondays and Wednesdays, 11 a.m. - 12 noon
TC2 – Mondays and Wednesdays, 7-8 p.m.
TC3 – Saturdays, 12 noon -12:50 p.m.

Kickboxing - (2 days)

Fun way to lose weight and get in shape. Sculpt your body the way you've always wanted it to be.
KB1 – Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:15-1 p.m.
KB2 – Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8-8:45 p.m.
KB3 – Saturdays, 12 noon-12:45 p.m.

Power Chi Energetics - (2 days)


Flatten your tummy the fun way. Slim streamline the waist hips and thighs. Improve circulation, flexibility,
coordination and balance.
PC1 – Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:15-1 p.m.
PC2 – Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:15-7 p.m.
Pc3 – Saturdays, 1-2 p.m.
